The hotel is conveniently located close to the city with good transport links, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Guests can also enjoy dining in the former castle located next to the hotel. the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered is delicious and varied, ensuring a great start to the day.
The reception closes early in the evening, which may limit access to certain services or assistance during late check-ins or early check-outs.

The hotel is 50m from a tram stop to teh centre of Basel. The hotrel also provides free (wired) internet, and provide a cable to connect.

Nobody in the reception from 20:00h. Breakfast could be better.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short 10-minute tram ride from the city center, and the attached restaurant has a great atmosphere for dining.

The hotel was clean and a good location for what I was seeking to do while in Basel.
Considering it is advertised as four star (and certainly has room rates reflecting this) it was disappointing there was no computer for guest use. Similarly there was no minibar in the room. As the hotel closes down at eight in the evening this means that you cannot get a drink on the premises in the evening. Reception closing at eight is again not really what I expect from a four star.

The service was excellent and staff were very accommodating friendly and polite.The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The premises were really beautiful, a mix of old and new and very clean.
The only restaurant at the hotel was expensive, although this was very nice it was not practical for a longer stay. Unfortunately there wasn't a Minibar or fridge in the room or tea and coffee making facilities.

Convenient tram location, clean building, friendly staff, plenty of TV channels. Informative receptionist, modern and fully equipped room. Wide breakfast selection. Quiet location, free airport transfers, excellent shower. Helpful and friendly staff.

I loved the convenient location of Hotel Im Schlosspark, just a few steps away from the tram station. The staff was friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. My room, number 37, had a charming and quaint ambiance that added to the overall experience.
Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room, it didn't greatly impact my overall stay. The hotel also provided a free ticket for trams and buses, making it easy to explore Basel.
